Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified associate to join its Tax Group, working from its Washington, D.C. office.
Our tax group is particularly well known for tax controversy and litigation, tax planning for corporate and financing transactions, international tax, state tax matters, partnership tax, and employee benefits and executive compensation.
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of tax experience, including some transactional tax experience at an Am Law 100 law firm.
All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organization, writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the D.C. Bar, or eligible to waive in to the D.C. Bar.
